Rubber Dam
tgDum is a dental rubber dam which is used mainly in endodontic treatment and when placing filling in teeth.
The main function is to isolate the tooth being treated from the bacteria and the oral cavity. The rubber dam is held over individual teeth or groups of teeth by appropriate ruber dam clumps along the edge of the gum.
tgDam is generally considered non hazardous, class 1 non sterile, non measuring product. Althought the product is made from natural latex, some patients may be allergic to it.
